At Hyundai New Zealand we are committed to putting the health and wellbeing of our customers, our dealerships and our staff first. In response to COVID-19, we have put several steps in place to ensure everyone stays safe and supported across all alert levels.

Hyundai's Online Showroom

Due to the current environment, we understand that many customers may be hesitant to physically view the Hyundai of their choice. Using smartphone technology we have found a solution and are excited to provide the opportunity to experience your desired Hyundai from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Staying safe at work is our number one priority which is why we have adapted our Online Showroom with stringent safety measures that exceed official requirements to ensure the welfare of our Hyundai Specialists whilst working.

Alert Level 2 information for New Zealand

Under Alert Level 2, we can confirm that our nationwide dealer network will be open for all sales, servicing and parts enquiries on-site.

Whilst our dealer network will be open for customers to visit, we are still offering contactless servicing and test drive options, with the ability to pick-up and drop-off at your convenience.  

Under Alert Level 2, we will also be offering increased safety measures under Ministry of Health guidelines for all staff and customers.

Warranty and Servicing

Our dealerships are now open for all servicing & warranty requirements. We are taking special precautions to ensure that your vehicle is returned to you with all vehicle touchpoints sanitised and cleaned to the highest standard.

As a result of the COVID-19 restrictions, your Hyundai vehicle may see a reduction in usage.

Here are a few handy tips and recommended periodic checks to ensure when these restrictions are relaxed, your vehicle operates as normal and maintains its appearance.
